Steelbay provides acquisition services, strategic partnerships, operational consulting, and M&A advisory for health and wellness businesses.
If Steelbay shares proprietary information with you, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not use such information for competitive purposes.
You agree not to bypass Steelbay to directly engage with businesses or contacts introduced through our services for 24 months following introduction.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes shall be resolved in Palm Beach County, Florida courts.
