Christina is a founder-turned-investor with firsthand experience building, scaling, and exiting a proprietary product company.

She led product development, manufacturing, international sourcing, and distribution across more than 30 countries, including major retail and brand partners.

After her exit, Christina became an active investor across technology, healthcare, and growth-stage companies, with dozens of private investments and multiple portfolio companies reaching the public markets.

At Steelbay, she combines operator experience with disciplined investing to acquire and scale founder-owned healthcare product businesses through stronger commercial systems, practical AI and automation, and strategic M&A.
